Meet the team
Art Therapist, ATR-P, LCAS-A
I’m Jessica (she/her), and I help teens, adults, and families navigate recovery, anxiety, and life stress while reconnecting with creativity, joy, and purpose.
With over 17 years as an educator and additional training as an art therapist and addiction specialist, I understand how deeply stress and trauma can impact your sense of self. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT with art therapy and a person-centered, compassionate lens.
At the core of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Therapy with me is a space to be heard, supported, and guided toward clarity and healing. My passion is helping you design a life you love—one rooted in growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate
I'm Madee (she/her), and I help adolescents and adults navigate trauma, build self-esteem, and move through life transitions in a space where you can show up exactly as you are with no judgment, just support.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the unique challenges of finding your authentic self in a world that doesn't always make space for it. I'm passionate about working with clients healing from religious trauma and those seeking to reconnect with who they truly are beneath external expectations.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you already have strengths worth honoring. Therapy with me is intentional. We'll work together to process what you've been through, identify what's holding you back, and build on the resilience you already carry. My approach is about truly seeing you and creating a path forward that feels right for your life.
You deserve a space where healing isn't rushed, and growth isn't prescribed. I'm here to walk along.

Ineo Founder | Clinical Director
I’m Emily (she/her) and I help individuals, parents, and partners just like you reset, reconnect, and reestablish joy in their lives.
As a queer woman, as a veteran, and as someone who has deeply questioned and explored my own identity, I’ve developed my expertise around helping others honor themselves.
I help my clients navigate life’s challenges, build confidence, and rekindle joy by identifying barriers, developing skills and strategies, and finding new ways to thrive.
Many of today’s solutions include a one-size-fits all approach or a “quick fix” promise, leading you to feel unseen or leaving you ill-equipped to take your newfound skills into the world. I know you’re an amazing and unique person who deserves to be understood and have a tailored approach to growth and healing.
