Hi, I’m Jessica Rodriguez.
Art Therapist
LCAS-Registered
I help teens and adults find healing, joy, and purpose through creativity, connection, and self-discovery.
As both an art therapist and addiction specialist, I work with individuals and families who are navigating challenges like recovery, anxiety, and educational or life stress. With over 17 years of experience as an educator, I deeply understand how trauma, pressure, and uncertainty can impact well-being and confidence.
My approach combines traditional therapeutic techniques with the power of creativity. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and art therapy, while drawing from existentialism, person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based practices. Together, we explore your unique story, uncover your strengths, and create new possibilities for growth.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I see therapy as a space where you are truly heard without judgment, supported in self-discovery, and guided toward clarity and direction. I want to help you design a life you love, because I believe therapy can help you reconnect with joy, find meaning, and feel empowered to move forward.
I know that beginning therapy can feel uncertain, but you don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward healing and wholeness.

Art therapy uses creative expression as a pathway to healing and self-discovery. Jessica helps clients explore thoughts and emotions through imagery, color, and symbolism—making space for what words can’t always capture. Whether working with stress, trauma, or personal growth, art becomes a tool to process experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with joy.
